1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using OneStep (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneStep is a minimalist task management application that allows users to organize projects with a single active task. The App operates entirely offline with local data storage. The App is provided free of charge and is intended for users aged 13 and older.

3. License

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your mobile device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. The App is a personal productivity tool and is intended for lawful use only.

5. Intellectual Property

The OneStep name, logo, and app design are the property of Nowhere Farm. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Data

OneStep stores all data locally on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to your tasks, projects, or any other data stored within the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your device's data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App's update notes.
